Fix `promtool check metrics` issues #29

Hi @ofesseler,

I fixed the rest of the issues reported by promtool check metrics, and the README.md descriptions. See #25. I had to rename some metrics. PTAL and tell me if you agree with that or if I have to change something.

Sorry, I was quite busy the last week's. In the beginning of February I'll be able to review the changes. I wish you pleasant vacations
