Removing a Category from Favorites while inside Favorites doesn't work

You should be able to add a Category to the Favorites. 

So have a look at the picture. Perhaps you should be able to add this 
Categories to the Favorites.

Beckmann, Bekannt im Land, ...

So you fast switch to this Categorie (TvShow) and watch the new Episode of this.

Well this is already possible, Press F9 or whatever key on your remote is 
mapped to open the context menu while you are on that item and yu'll see an 
"Add to Favorites" menu entry.
One thing to remember on that feature: ONLY categories that have video items 
below them (and not sub categories) can be favorited.

Yes it works, sorry ! I thought it don't work but after a new test it works.

Oh sorry but after my Test I would delete a Categorie from the Favorites. But 
it don't work in the Favorites menu, only when you go to the Site that contains 
this categorie. I think this is a bug.

You're right, looks like there's a bug with removing when inside favorites.
