Toggle subtitles #143

When a video with subtitles is playing, pressing "Toggle subtitles" (default 
"L") only shows an OSD, while to turn off subtitles, you have to do it through 
menu,subtitles,turn off.

Is it possible to make this work like when playing normal videos? (There, if 
you press "Toggle subtitles" you cycle through the available subs, and 
"subtitles off"
