I've added some support for searching TED talks. Like the TED search page, it shows results leading both to pages with videos hosted on TED and to pages with videos hosted elsewhere, like YouTube. However, it can only retrieve the video URL for the former, so won't play the latter. I could extend it to try to deal with YouTube cases, but I'm not sure if/how I'd pass that through to the YouTube class ...
