Enhancement: Remember focused trailer in details #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open iTunes movie details with more than one trailer
2. Start playing third trailer (for example)
3. Enter windowed video mode (esc) or wait until playback is finished
4. Focused item is first trailer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would be nice if OV would remember focused trailer until user goes away from 
details (back) to movies list.
