Fix regenerate_ssh_host_keys.service in rpi3-nexmon.sh #120

There was a syntax error in regenerate_ssh_host_keys.service preventing headless configuration. Syntax error log was "[/lib/systemd/system/./regenerate_ssh_host_keys.service:9] Executable path is not absolute".
