Add support for HTC One M8 GPE Marshmallow. #186

This adds support for the Google Play Edition One M8 ROM. It has a working HID patch, RAW frame injection and drivers mentioned in the Wiki.

As with my One M7 support, I have a dedicated repo for building the kernel & installer: https://github.com/lavanoid/M8GPE_Kali

Have made a nethunter image available anywhere with that kernel, eg. through an xda forum post? Doesn't matter if you haven't but a link to it would be great if you had.

@Re4son No, I haven't made an XDA post about it, though you're more than welcome to make one. I don't use XDA. Not particularly fond of using forums, to be completely honest.

For some reason the nethunter.apk does not work, so you will need to delete /data/app/nethunter.apk and then replace it with this one: https://github.com/offensive-security/kali-nethunter/raw/66d40bfbc3ba09d0611f400cc9c49f00d5334767/nethunter-installer/update/data/app/nethunter.apk

Keep in mind this is only to be used with the stock Google Play Edition 6.0 ROM.
