目標を立てるイメージで、新規追加するアイテムを検討する。

候補は issue としてもいい。

Azure が業務の中心になる
azure cli は積極的に学習する必要がある
NewRelic をよく見ることになりそう
DataDog が少なくなりそう
PagerDuty は変わらず
Terraform は変わらずだが、HCP Terraform の利用機会が増える
