Steps:

1. Adminland -> Manage Recruitment process.
2. Click Add a New Template and enter data.
3. After clicking submit button.
4. The page will go blank

Testing creation of a recruitment process on the beta site, when hitting "add" I get the preloading animation for a moment and then "add" button appears again. The recruitment process is not recorded and I see the following new error in the console after 4 failed attempts:
