Copy the Senior Data Analyst page and update to make it more focused on technical data engineering tasks. We could also update the name if we wanted as long as we make it clear this is data engineer within the senior data analyst position.

@DanielJDufour you may want to wait until I update #1 as you can use several of the updates for the more generic parts of the page and save some time.
