[Feature Request]: "Return" of arms dealer/smuggler #1601

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is a large amount of guns or equipment it's very hard to unlock as infinite (granted I know this meant to be the case) and it minimizes the variety available in the mission. I played a version of this mission a while ago which had an arms dealer mission where you could buy bulk weapon types/equipment types for the resistance at a high cost (several thousand).

Describe the solution you'd like Could this feature be returned?

Describe alternatives you've considered New location on the map? Could be a weapons depo or a mission where a trader comes to a port or random beach, like a smuggler.

Additional context Would just enable a bit more variety in weapons and equipment for the NAPA forces which would be fun.

Will be done. But as the weapons and such which can be bought will be depending on the new template systen, we first will implement the new template system and then work on this one after in one way or another. As always, no ETA

The team has also discussed this specific topic. We concluded that the immediate problem is that the arsenal unlocks each variant individually. So if unlock amount is 40, but rebels have 38 MX Black, 38 MX Green, and 38 MX Tan, they still don't get unlocked.
We will be working on the issue with the arsenal first to try to solve this problem. However, we are optimistic about trying to re-add the missions from Antistasi 1.9 back into the current version. edit: refer to above post aswell
