[Change Request]: Remove all friendly AI from runaway #1616

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I try to put any plane on runway and take off, friendly AI interfere with my running path. Casulties are inevitable.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove AI from runaways (all)

Describe alternatives you've considered Move flag on airfield to one of two ends of the runaway or move it away from middle of it. Also increase significantly placing radius on airfield.

Additional context AAC Airfield, SE of Therisa 114/115 (Altis)

Please use the Issue Template that are given when creating them, they are there for a reason, to be specific.

Additional Context would be that Airfield, since not all of them have that Issue.

They're not camping on the flag since 2.3, are they? They just run around on random UPSMON patrol routes. Would be complicated to ensure that patrols never crossed the runway, and currently out of scope.

I will check what is their behavioud some time after spawn. When I appear on airfield with teleport method they just appear with me in the area of flag. Depends on defence power there may be quiet a lot of them. Usually I don't observe what they do because I put a plane somehow in free area on runway and do my best to avoid contact. I am not familiar, but maybe UPSMON have "restrict area for AI" feature? I understand it may be tricky to solve this, but just decrease number of them on runway with some workaround would be helpful.

Assuming that you're playing 2.3+, rebel garrisons spawn initially around the flag, other than the ones placed on statics. Then once every unit has spawned (it's like one per half second), the first squad is moved into buildings and the rest are sent on patrols around the marker area.

If rebel units are staying in a circle near the flag, that's an older version.

Despite anything on any field airfield flag shouldn't be placed in the middle because most of planes need full runway. In this specific airfield I tried A10 and F22. Probability of damage during start is high.
