Tanoa is special among the Antistasi maps because the archipelagos geography and dense jungles encourage more air and sea travel than on most Antistasi maps. This is currently not being exploited to its full potential so I propose adding some new points of interest to an underused part of the map; Ravi-ta Island.
You could probably squeeze in a third location but then you risk overpopulating the area and causing performance problems so I do not suggest doing this.
Describe the solution you'd like
In this screenshot you can see me attempting to add a sea port to cover the are marked in blue for use on a personal server. I think this should be the location of the seaport for an official release of Antistasi. It includes one sea spawn and will include one helicopter, and the fence surrounding the main complex will be replaced with H-barriers and other various fortifications in my version. What you guys do with it is totally up to you, and you will probably do a better job than I will.
If you add a second outpost or resource point to the island as I suggest in https://github.com/official-antistasi-community/A3-Antistasi/issues/1824, maybe forego the helipad and add the helipad to the other outpost. However, I think the seaport has the flattest terrain surrounding it and would be best for a helipad.

The village of Ipota might also make an okay sea port, but I don't think it works very well. It would be better as another town spawn, possibly.

I was told to make a separate issue post by Bob for each location, so this only covers the seaport. The issue post at https://github.com/official-antistasi-community/A3-Antistasi/issues/1824 covers the other location I'd like to see populated.

Additional context This issue should probably not be resolved unless https://github.com/official-antistasi-community/A3-Antistasi/issues/1822 is resolved. This issue is also related to https://github.com/official-antistasi-community/A3-Antistasi/issues/1824 because both involve adding stuff to Ravi-ta Island.
