[Feature Request]: Expand militia vehicle selection. #1894

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, militia is significantly underutilized, they have very limited vehicles available and are quickly pushed out entirely.

Describe the solution you'd like Expand the selection of militia vehicles by making vehiclesMilitiaLightArmed, vehiclesMilitiaTrucks and vehiclesMilitiaCars able to select more than the first entry in the relevant lists, then consider expanding the militia vehicle selection some of the categories currently restricted to military such as APC's, Tanks and assorted Helicopters.

this would make it possible, trough tweaking vehicle pools, to make joint factions, such as a joint CDF/NATO template where, as the war-tier increases, CDF is increasingly displaced by NATO. it would also make it possible to make the response to players more granular, instead of going straight for Bradley IFVs the militia APC list only contain M113s and Strykers with less well-equipped troops in them. or create a full on joint list between say the USAF and BAF, again by tweaking attack and QRF vehicle pool probabilities.

Describe alternatives you've considered A similar, but not identical outcome is currently possible by playing reb vs gov and inv.
