[Change Request]: Move marker of town Rasman on Takistan #2139

Is the requested change related to a problem?

The marker of the town Rasman is not in actually in the town center, but on the dirt road 200m away from the town.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Move the marker to the town center.

Alternative solutions

Additional context

This marker placement makes it impossible to safely deliver city supplies as there is no cover and supplies have to be delivered very close to an airbase.

We can't actually do this at the moment, because the towns are placed according to the map's embedded locations. Should be possible after the initZones refactor though.

Can we not do this with a config fix like we did for two towns in #2866?
