Events allow multiple duplicate events happening at the same time #2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter event n/Bob math tutoring at/2024-03-04 12:00 h/2 t/math t/tutoring
  2. Wait for "New event added: Bob math tutoring; Time: 2024-03-04T12:00; Duration: 2.0; Tags: [tutoring][math]"
  3. Enter again event n/Bob math tutoring at/2024-03-04 12:00 h/2 t/math t/tutoring
  4. The TutorPro will allow duplicate events to be added.

Why Low Severity: TutorPro should warm me if I already have an event scheduled at the same time and prevent me from making duplicate events.
