Neatness and correctness issue for UG add command constraints #9

Overview The constraints for the add command in the UG is comprehensive but it is not neatly formatted and looks messy. This makes it hard for the user to easily see what is what.

You can see in the screenshot it jumps between For, Format, Note: and E.g. Overall this can be tidied up.
