Start of writing information about project in Wiki page.

Actually, wiki about uNav is organized in 4 topics:

1) about uNav : summary of informations and specifications 2) code organization: how source code is structured 3) getting started : schematic, example of connections, first part of code to edit to be operative 4) links and downloads (git, tools, useful downloads, links to theory pages)
