Fix the "cat" command on wiki #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to follow the Install wiki
2. Run the cat command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: archive extracts successfully
Actual result: bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2013.01

Right command:
cat FB4.5ForLinuxaa FB4.5ForLinuxab > FB45ForLinux.tar.gz
