further persistence

in the spirit of something like evercookie, have some type of command that will enumerate a list of persistence strategies and do all of them.

• new user
• ssh keys
• escalate privs (no clue how)
• network mapping? (would have to implement basic port scanner...)
• reboot persistence (also no clue how)
• crontab stuff
