Need to redo Activity organization

- ChecklistCompletionActivity.java (view all, or show/tick/un-tick completed & yet-to-be-completed)
- ChecklistAddActivity.java (add new checklist item, or edit existing checklist item)
- ChecklistDetailActivity.java (view existing checklist item, all attributes)
