Allow users to log in to windalert to pull wind meter data, overlay on map/spots view (nearest sensor) #98

windalert requires all API calls to their service to be from an existing user, on demand. If users already have windalert accounts, we can use them to overlay our map with windalert wind meter data. Since they have propietary wind meters, this might be only way to satisfy those 'looking for my wind meters'
