Support overriding kiwix server home #23

We should be able to toggle a rewrite from kiwix service home / to the dashboard home. Could be a kiwix-specific or generic rewrite flag passed to the reverse proxy.

Goal of this is to replicate what we had on kiwix-hotspot: kiwix-serve (on kiwix.{domain})'s home is not visible. Instead, it redirects to the device's dashboard which lists all contents with direct links.

@Popolechien can you confirm we'll want to enable this for our cards? Could even be an advanced option
