Rewrote UI from scratch using @simesie's design and TailwindCSS
New Links in Footer
New Download page to separate ZIM downloads
Kiwix readers offered for download in download page
Sort and filters on homepage

Note: design is not completely implemented: in smaller size, the filters are hidden and a custom pane should be shown instead.
