Add home image #7

We need to display, and maybe generate, a home page linking to contents on the device.

For a very long time we have been using the, now dated, ideascube template, with very minor tweaks.

We know that we ultimately want that homepage to be somewhat dynamic with filtering and all but for an initial version, we'll just do a static page again.

@Popolechien can you list what you dislike about current page or what you'd prefer in terms of design. Plan so far is to somewhat replicate the cards we have for offspot.it/kiwix-serve.

@rgaudin I don't see any specific layout at offspot.it/kiwix-serve (link is broken or it is not what you had in mind).

I'm creating a new test image so as to get a fresh look at things, will get back to you on the layout but I think it's overall ok.

😆 I meant the offspot.it mockup that @siemsie created and kiwix-serve as its current homepage is an adaptation of it.

This is what we have. We've lost ZIM icons in a kiwix-serve upgrade but that's about it. Screen Shot 2022-10-18 at 13 12 55

Keep it as-is. Was going to ask about the zim icons, glad to hear it's not me.

Fixed in 174bdc6
