Homepage is handled by ideascube and ideascube is currently used just for this so either this is a feature request for ideascube or it's a new feature for generating the homepage (and thus remove ideascube).

The whole homepage management should be changed IMO to allow that feature. The question of integrating/dismantling/replacing Ideascube in Kiwix-Hotspot 3.0 is definitely open.

I consider that part to be the most challenging part of the Milestone 3.0, because ideally this part is responsible for editing/displaying the welcome page (so the content) for:
