Remove size indication and filter on main page #25

As mentioned on https://github.com/offspot/imager-service/issues/409 there is no (actionable) point in showing the file size on the navigation dashboard (as opposed to the download dashboard).

I therefore recommend removing the size indication on each card, as well as the size filter on the top bar.
