Add toggle from card to list view #27

As mentioned in https://github.com/offspot/imager-service/issues/409

The view page is in card mode, whereas the download page is in list mode. A toggle between these two should be possible, similar to what is available on Google Drive Screenshot 2024-06-26 at 17 02 40

Supportive of this, but we need to consider that image creator ultimatively want to organize there own way and create groups/categories of tiles.
