Users should not be able to see configurations and addresses they haven't created #150

(unless they have admin rights) Similar to #76 in a way, but more stringent. It is one thing when all users belong to the same silo/entity (e.g. Orange) that they can see each other's choice and address, but the only way to keep a modicum of privacy for end users is create a separate silo for each, which is rather unpractical.
