Switch to S3 storage for images

We want to store images in S3 for the following reasons:
cheaper storage than our server
will remove need for our cardshop-warehouse FTP server
will free the resources taken by those two FTP docker containers on our server
will free some storage space on our server
will automatically handle expired images deletion
