Branding files are currently uploaded and then transfered (base64) as part of the config into Orders. It's problematic for several reason and I think we should:
specify requirements and usage as mentioned in #214
Ensure format of uploaded files (image/ for logo and favicon, text/ for CSS).
resize and compress for logo and favicon if not appropriate
