I don't really think we should do that because it just complexifies the message sent to the user. We should decide in which time range we want to deliver (in worse case), communicate this time range to the user and secure we can deliver in that time-range.
So should this ticket stay open?
Let's give ourselves a month or two to see if the current uptick abates or not.
IMO, we should have a SLA configurable in the cardshop and if we don't respect it, then the healthcheck should start to complain.
We've had the (positive) situation yesterday where 6-7 order were simultaneously posted during a short time window. Since orders are treated one at a time and we tell people that delivery may be more or less slow because of other orders, it would be good if the order confirmation also indicated the position in queue.
