An admin may want to see past/recent orders, but that is already available from the Admin > All orders tab.
An actual user, on the other hand, may be curious about ongoing processes but not that many people seem curious enough to look under the hood : most if not all failed orders reports failed to check it out before submitting an error report (or repeatedly trying the same config and hoping for a different result).
Although Order doesn't imply per-action cost anymore, it's still a very important action. Users must be able to access this information. Removing this would be extremely rude.
