Remove branding options #418

Following discussions on 03.05, the ability to personal-brand the hotspot should be limited to admin accounts.

This covers the branding tab as well as the ability to chose SSID (which by default should be kiwix.hotspot)

I think we should finish first our discussion and clarify exactly what is impacted and how.

Maybe we could allow to customize SSID with `KIWIX_HOTSPOT_XYZ" ?
