I created a small image (16GB). The network appears after about 5 minutes (RPi4 4GB), but the captive portal took a solid 8-10 minutes before appearing. Until then, the parameters would simply indicate Err connection refused, when trying to access http://fondationorage.hotstpot

After the portal appeared for the first time then it was a matter of seconds to connect any other device.
