Add "Send to" column in order list #55

(based on user feedback) Considering that Client and Recipient might not be the same, a new column indicating "Send (or sent) to" after "Created by" would make sense. capture d ecran 2019-01-29 a 16 40 07 The Country field isn't that useful, so this could replace it.
