Move language-specific interactive tools to Static list

Currently the list of packages has two sections : Interactive and Static.

while there is a degree of interaction within the Khan or WikiFundi zim files, at the end of the day they remain "normal" language-specific zim files (I can't remember whether Aflatoun is multilingual or not).

Moving these to their respective language categories would 1. make sense and 2. free up some screen space for the one specific content (ie Edupi) that needs specific actions from the user (see #54 )

The Content configuration could look like this:

Those are not normal ZIM files. Those are separate software that requires specific setup. That's the reason they've been treated separately.

I also think that from a user's perspective, it doesn't make much sense to keep them separate yet:

• the rest come from the kiwix library. those not being ZIMs are not there (tech reason)
• wikifundi is not content in itself. It's a Wiki platform. Would people find it and not be confused if inside languages? What about other languages users (arabic for instance) that might be satisfied by an English WikiFundi (as a platform) but would not look for it in the English language section...

As for Aflatoun, it's multilang (EN, FR).
