Kiwix Hotspot should act as offline library.kiwix.org #9

And the library OPDS stream like the online ZIM files should be available. Like that someone using Kiwix (with a content manager) on this WIFI network, would be able to download the ZIM available on the RPI.

@Popolechien It’s not really because for Kiwix Hotspot, we will provide the ZIM download service with a dedicated service. @rgaudin BTW, its not already part of Kiwix Hotspo 3.0.0 by any chance?

New Hotspot does offer download of ZIM files (and we're adding the readers soon) via it's home page. It's a convenient way to get them but it's nothing like what's describe here: people using a kiwix reader that includes a library manager to be able to connect to it.
