Still working on that one. UploadWizard was not configured properly so we're using the regular Upload form on all languages. Fixed that locally but haven't been able to restore the Upload file link.
I've identified that it works OK on an empty DB and that it is not related to Skin. Link is only visible on the Log-in page when attempting to log-in. Extension itself and permissions are OK. It just the link missing.
I'll give it another shot tomorrow but if I can't make it work the right way, we'll add the link manually in MediaWiki:Sidebar…
