Need multilogin support #313

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In Chrome:
1. Log in to Google account A
2. Log in to Google account B
3. Go to the Chrome to Phone home page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chrome to Phone shows me logged in as account A, but I need to use account B 
because that's the one on my phone.

Actually, I was offered a choice of accounts the first time I visited the page, 
but clicked the wrong one. Now there seems to be no way to undo it.

In the about page of the extension you should have an option to logout. After 
that you can login again and this time you can select the correct account.

Does that work for you?
