Unable to connect to my google account, but able to connect to other google account.

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting up Chrome to Phone
2. Select account to use. 
3. Press "Next" button to register the phone for Chrome.
4. But I selected the account which I just created, it still worked. It is my 
original account that could not be connected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems that there are things wrong with my google account, how to fix it?

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
I am sure that wifi or mobile network are not the issue.

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
yes

Please provide any additional information below.

Can only use additional google accounts. Primary account will not connect.
