Directions links from interperated direction searchs are failing to work on mobile #420

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for term "Albertville France to Beaufort, France" in main search of 
chrome google maps.
2. Send resulting directions to Phone
3. Phone reports "No results for "Albertville France to Beaufort, France"

4. In the chrome google map search result, click the "Get Directions" button, 
which returns the same result.
5. Send the result to phone and it works.

Android: 2.3.4
SE Build: 4.0.2.A.0.42

Wifi, gmail works, I dont have talk.
