Could you clarify if this is Mac or PC?
Could you provide the output from the Ruby Console window after clicking on the
run button?
Does the project name contain any unprintable characters? Are you using a
language with a character set other than latin script when running Sketchup?
eg: Cyrillic? Taiwanese? Inuit?

I encountered this issue with Cutlist 4.1.5, Mac OS 10.7.5, Sketchup 8.0.15157.
HW is iMac 2.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. Running in US English. No unprintable
characters in the model. The model is attached.
Here is the Ruby console output:
Error: #<ArgumentError: invalid value for Float(): "">

Thanks. That was very helpful. I understand the issue now.
Until I get a fixed version out, there is a simple workaround. Make sure the
'nominal thickness Margin' field has a value in it. If you want 0, set it to 0,
instead of leaving it blank. This will get around this issue for now.
