Duplicate Components created from cutlist

using 4.1.5 , the cut list will add several duplicates to the cut list, making 
very inaccurate cut lists.

Attached Sketch current shows 5 pieces in the cutlist

using all default settings except
- nominal thickness margin - 1
- nominal board with is 4"
- board length is 8'
