1.) The ABOUT page is for folks to learn about our events and our team. So perhaps there should be to different text boxes (like you have) and photo collages with the italic text "our events" and "our team". I really liked the previous photo collage you had of my images. Please bring that back and connect it to the text about "our events".

3.) Please create a second photo collage with the pictures I sent for the "our team". If it were me I'd off set these two sections (ie. have the text boxes on different side to differentiate. Here's the text for the "our team";
