architecture overview documentation of GNI provider needed #50

We need some overall design document of the GNI provider readily available, preferably on the ofi-cray/libfabric-cray wiki.

More than a nice to have, it is quickly becoming a requirement for inclusion in an OFI release tarball.

@Pgrun I think he meant a document detailing the internal design of the GNI provider for internal developers. Not sure that'd be useful in a release tarball. Unless I'm misunderstanding the context.
