Dear Dr. Filangi,

I'm using QTLMAP to carry out QTL analyses in fish with serval full-sib families, and I find there is no instruction about how to calculate PVE(phenotypic variation explained by QTLs). Could you give me some information?

Hello, Sorry Tong, but the software does not automatically compute the PVE.
