是不是没有发到Maven中央库，建议发到Maven中央库中 #3

http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.ofpay 没有logback-mdc-ttl 。

建议发到Maven中央库中（不要是SNAPSHOT版本），方便大家直接使用。

另外，能在项目首页文档中 加一个 https://github.com/alibaba/transmittable-thread-local 的链接吗？ 😸

@oldratlee 已发布到中央仓库(http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.ofpay/logback-mdc-ttl), 首页已增加ttl链接.
