https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/1865#learn_the_details-overview It says "... while at least maintaining PSNR of 29.13dB" on the Overview page, but it also says "... while at least maintaining PSNR of 29.00dB" on the Terms and Conditions page, so I'm a little confused about the rules.

It should be 29.13dB. Sorry for the confusion.

@ofsoundof Now, it says 29.00 dB on the Overview and Terms and Conditions page. Which the PSNR value should we maintain???

29.13dB is the performance of the baseline. Please try to maintain 29.00 dB.
