Tap/click in active canvas to pause

For both computer and mobile screens, tapping in the active textile canvas pauses and plays. When paused, the play timer is paused and puzzle interaction is disabled. This will also toggle scroll lock, removing the need for a separate anchor button in the toolbar.

In mobile, this will toggle display of the puzzle toolbar, and remove the need for margins on either side of the puzzle canvas that used to allow for scrolling.
